What does Kenage mean?
Kenage けなげ (健気) is a Japanese word that doesn't have a direct translation in English. The meaning of it is a person (usually a woman or a child) who perseveres despite facing difficulties. This word describes hardworking people and those who carry unique traits. We know how difficult life can be, and everyone is struggling with something in their lives but still persevering and that is a beautiful thing. So we thought it was appropriate to name our business, Kenage, to celebrate everyone who tries their best and works hard in life.
What are your core values?
Where do you get your products? Is it from dropshipping?
We get our products from reputable suppliers who are located in both Korea and Japan. No, we do not use dropshipping on any of our products. We handle all the deliveries ourselves.
How come you don't have the brands/products that I'm looking for?
We try our best to carry popular brands/products from Korea and Japan. However, if you don't find the brand/product that you want on our website you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will keep note of popular brands/products that our customers want and hopefully be able to provide them to you in the future!
Are your products authentic?
Yes, we only sell authentic Korean and Japanese products from reputable suppliers within those countries.
How come the color of my makeup product(s) looks different from the website than what I received?
Please note that Kenage Beauty takes photos of each product with the best lighting possible. However actual color(s) of the product may vary. Colors may look different in real life versus what you see on your mobile or computer screens. Every mobile and computer device displays colors in different capabilities and everyone sees colors differently.
